Remanufacturing

Ice Fitness specializes Certified Pre-Owned equipment that has been remanufactured to manufacturers specifications.  The remanufacturing process involves fully restoring commercial fitness equipment to look and function like new.

Remanufacturing involves much more than just cleaning and refurbishing.  Each piece of equipment is diagnostically tested for any flaws to the motor, console, and any other functioning part.  Any parts not functioning correctly are replaced or repaired.  The machine is "broken down" and cleaned and rebuilt.  New parts such as belts, decks, bushings, bearings, cables, and hardware are installed.  The machine is repainted and/or reupholstered to look brand new.   We test each item to manufacturers specifications.,
